Powerscan 2Pro - Pulse induction metal detector ! any idea,dose it work

I am going to buy this metal detector,it will cost around $350 to 400.
did anyone used this device before,dose it look like pulse star II pro.
it works with the squar coil but I might build the coil myself here in the state.
please i need the advice very soon as I am going to africa after 20 days
