Pre civil war button???

I found this button digging this morning. Looking up all the various button sites, to include foreign buttons, I can't find a thing. Can any of you experts tell me what exactly I found? My best guess tells me it may be rev war era . Not even sure it's military, but assuming it is...so I don't know where else to look. Thank you for looking in advance, You've always been so helpful.

I agree that it does look alot like the buttons on the site, but none with the O. Do you know if this is a military button? Obviously reading the site it would have been fromOhio,but Curious about who would have worn it and where on the uniform it would be since so tiny, if military. Any ideas?
