In the Salvation Army store last week and saw several silver plate bowls and a couple plated bud vases all taped together with a price of $9.99. I saw this in amongst it and got it at 25% off senior citizen discount. So $7.50 or thereabouts. Made by Philadelphia Silversmith James P Butler in the middle 1800's. Partner of a well known silversmith James Watts for a short while. Perfect condition. Value?
