pretty good day for a shot in the dark

spotted a field on the way home today from work.decided to give it a go since it looked to be public property(no signs)dug this gem of a button along with a 1911v nick and a 43merc.also dug a locket but it is in very bad shape.the button is pre cival war bristol train of artillery rhode island militia coat button marked 1794.not bad for a field off the highway.definitly will be returning.
