Pro-pointer is showing problems

Sometimes the rubber part gets stuck and I have the same problem. If that is not it, I would give Garrett a call. They have great customer service.
 

Call Garret customer service, they will make it good. Quick too! Yes, you are out the $3.50 is costs to send it in. But in its place you have a new one. I had to send mine in after about 10 months. Got back a brand new one. Take the battery out before you send it.

Called up Garett and they were sweet as pie. Old unit shipped out yesterday with a new one hopefully on the way soon. Excellent warranty department experience thus far.
