IF I Were a Teenager, I'd Cruse the circle
for an Hour or so.
If pulled over say "I'm lost"

The whole point of roundabouts is that they slow traffic and any accidents are usually sideswipe crashes, which are usually less dangerous than head-on crashes. And because the speed limit is 20 mph through each roundabout, none should be fatal.
Vehicles in roundabouts have the right of way,
however Penny witnessed driver after driver stopping halfway into the roundabout to let others in.
Aaah Just being Nice, Why make people sit for
ever till they can get in ?
