Promising spot?

So, X marks the spot. My boss owns the house so I have permission to MD it. The barn behind our shop is really old. Put together with wood pegs. No nails. I want to say late 1700’s. There is a house behind the shop built in 1852. The town ship is going to move it to build apartments. Pretty sure they are buying the house I want to detect too for more access.
