Today I went to a bank to dump coins and buy a bag of halves if I fill it up. After about $100 the bag was filled which was a good sign. When I got home and opened the bag of halve up all I could see was proofs. Here's my tally. Not a bad day if I do say so myself.
Wow.

Fantastic score, congratulations! :notworthy:

you found a counter that swallows SILVER without spitting it in the Reject tray---- buy dime, qtr & HD bags until they realize what's goin' on :icon_thumleft::icon_thumright:

AND--- what brand is the counter ??????

NICE SCORE :occasion18:

Holy collection dump Batman!

I do buy bags ever few months. There's a lot of crh going on around here so it's always a gamble. These are pics of the second bag I bought after starting crh. Got me hooked.ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1515198334.867649.webpImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1515198463.980596.webp

Great haul, especially on some difficult to find coins!

I'll find out what machine they use. I'm happy about the 1970's. I've only found one before.

Somebody's collection got dumped! And people wonder how we keep finding silver!

Nice find. Congrats. The 1970 proofs don't show up very often, one almost looks like a DCAM from the photo. Is that over a roll of Statue of Liberty coms?

Maine Jim

Yes Maine Jim almost two rolls of the Statue of Liberty coms.
Now what to do with them all?

Commemorative proof-45

What commemoratives were they?

Mind posting pics of them.

Ckrakowski the pics are at the top of the page.

Great haul

I have a bank that would sell bags but now they say it costs them paperwork and refuse now. There is another bank that will sell them, at least for now, but it took them a year to get $600 of halves. I bought their dimes and quarters, found a single dime, but will give it a month or so and try to buy again.

Port ewen ace they use the Cummings Allison coin machine.
