Spent three hours hunting landmarkers (rebar) today from a property plot map. Lady was desperate to locate them which was serveyed 10 years ago. I found two of them and she was very grateful; I said I'd return to find a remaining third one. Although I haven't had much luck finding markers in the past, I was pleased and honored to find these. Great day overall!

That's a great thing. Showing people that these machines can do more than just causes divots in the park. LOL

Way to go!

Reminds me of the time I got a call from a friend. He wanted me to find the property stakes then find the buffalo box in the front yard so he could shut the water off for half the block what ever reason???

I wanted to have a fence put in so I used my detector to locate my property markers. Three were a piece of cake but I couldn't find the fourth, and most important one. Ended up paying $175 to locate that dang marker.

It was probably being masked by the box of gold coins. LOL
Where'd it end up being?

About three feet away from where I estimated it to be with a buried tv cable running right over it. I guess the surveyor person got the gold.

When your detector is sensitive enough to find pellet rifle pellets, those markers can be a challenge in trashy areas
