We got a small win today Chuck. The rule change has been postponed for 1 year for evaluation and comment from those involved. It has been moved more to a committee type format as opposed to the one individual who was driving it before. It's not over, but at least those who it will adversely affect will have a voice now.

now, we have one year to persuade the powers that be/the committee to keep things as they are now or even to relax the rules a little bit!! what can we do? would a petition help? lets start our campaign right now!!!!!!
