Whats up guys! I just posted my next prospecting video for anyone thats interested. On this video and the next one I am currently working on, we run tailings from an old hard rock mine from the 1800s... clearly their fine gold recovery left something to be desired as I found a nice amount of fine gols (Again this is Virginia so a nice amount of gold for MY area =) I hope you all enjoy!

I,m jealous. Good for you

Nice job -- I like the way you put the video together and narrated it.
congrats on the the gold.

Nice! Thanks for the vid!!!

Were you classifying the material before running it through that sluice?

I ask that because you might be able to significantly increase your recovery by skipping the classification and using the saved time/energy to run additional pay material.

I don't classify (but try to remove the biggest rocks like 3+ inches) The gold hog piglet is designed to run unclassified material... Because I run it with a battery though, the water flow is a bit less than ideal so I have to manually clear the grizzly bars which is slowing me down. I am working on some modifications to add one or two addition 1250 gph pumps /additional tubing to hopefully improve this issue.

Nice gold.....:occasion14:
