Just got a new Bounty Hunter IV. What's off limits? I gather state and federal land is a nono, what about county parks? Pulaski County park and so on?
PS: While I'm asking about laws and such what if any laws exist for searching in streams and rivers rather than along the banks? Esp if they flow through state or national parks?

After doing exhaustive research there is nothing on the books for either Pulaski County or the City of Somerset so, I called both. Neither has anything on the books prohibiting it in parks. The city said, so long as you fill your holes back knock yourself out.
