So I left the lake yesterday and had to sneak in one last hunt before saying goodbye. I had a 2 hour window so I needed to make it count. I narrowed in on the half I had had the best luck and hit some of the more inconvinient areas I had passed before. Found a solid 90 - 92 on the at pro and for once my excitement paid off! Pulled my first silver dollar! A 1923-S peace dollar. I knikcked her a bit when digging my plug, must have rushed my pinpointing in my excitement... sometimes you just know its going to be something good. This past week has secured this hobby as something I can see myself doing for a long time. I had a F2 before and pulled a few silvers and old coins but this week has been amazing and been so rewarding! I thank all of you who have shared my excitement with me over the past few days. This is truely a great community and I am so happy I joined when I did.
