I have made a few purchases from kellyco recently as a new customer. After the second purchase, i was not real happy. I misunderstood something, and a small mistake was made. I made contact through this web site and got a call from Gene Knight who discussed my problem and concern with me. We talked and worked things out and i called back the next week when i had time and i purchased a couple other needed items through Gene. They are in business to make money but they also want to keep their customers happy, as any good business should.
I have purchased two detectors, two pinpointers, two diggers, two pouches a couple books and several small items from kellyco and will be purchasing more in the future.
