This one has been attributed to Wallace, ID - Herbert B. Saxton's confectionery at 512 Bank Street from 1908 or a bit earlier to the mid-1940s. In the later years his business moved to 501 Cedar Street. Presumably, in addition to candy, he sold bottled soft drinks and used these tokens to help insure the bottles returned for reuse.
