Just asking since I don't know anything about arrowheads, Were they made out of other things other than flint or metal? Here is one I have that was found near where I live in Georgia.

Most of my arrowhead finds in Utah are made of agate like yours. The ones not of agate out here have been made of obsidian, a volcanic glass that is extremely sharp. Nice find...Ryan

Yours look to be Quartz, (milky), they found a
Giant crystal, & a crystal 'grasshopper' in one of our
local mounds.

Fossis.............

Carved out of 'quartz', i'll try & do a post tonight
about the mounds.
(update), mounds were grown over with brush, maybe later.
Fossis...............

Afternoon,

Looks kinda like what we call sugar quartz here...the fractures in the stone make it easy for color and mineralization to permeate the rock causing some neat coloration.

Happy Hunting,
Atlantis

Thanks for all replys.
