Quartz - Rose Tint

Hi all,

I am new to the whole rock world. I stumbled upon this 60 lb quartz. Do you think it's worth anything or just kind of cool?

Looks like a milky quartz with the color tint probably being iron staining. Not sure it has any value but I think its cool.
