Question about posting an image

I do not know what I am doing wrong, but I am not having any luck uploading an image to post on here. Please help. I have really tried hard to follow directions. I have a cropped image. I can browse to where I have it on my hard drive, but I do not understand where I upload it to. Can someone please make this simple for me. Thanks in advance.

If your Picture is a jpg or gif and less then 128 KB ( I like 40 KB)

A. Type in your message
B. Click on BROWSE below.
C. your picture file should come up. (if it didn't, open it)
D. Find the Picture you wish to post.
E. left Click on it to Highlight it.
F. Click on OPEN at the bottom of your File
G. Click on POST at the bottom here.

If there is a Problem, you should get a Message saying why your picture wasn't posted.

If you need further assistance, Feel free to ask.

Thanks very much for the help. I can now post an image. I still cannot preview it before I post it. That is what I was trying to do.
