I downloaded the user manual and it says "The Silver uMAX uses two channels or sets of circuits for all of it's detecting modes".
In my CB radio days, two channels meant two different frequencies but I assume these work together simultaneously or magically switch back and forth depending on whatever - I don't see anywhere that you can manually switch between the two but the specs indicate 10 mHz. Thanks.
