question on powder flasks Age ??

Was out and about today hitting a few antique shops and found and bought these two powder flasks ,I was wondering if anyone could put an age -time period on them .The one with the flowers has no other markings but the other one does say patent on the neck and on one side someone has etched thier initials into it with small x shapes ,initials are WLTown.any input would be welcome
