Quick hunt after being sick and down for a couple weeks...

Still building up my stamina level after being sick with UTI and on antibiotics for a week (one of the worst thing I've ever been through). It ain't much, but for 30 - 45 minutes of swinging not bad either. Any help with the "Radial" badge? Google lens was no help. It appears vintage, but I honestly don't think it is, it's only made to look that way. The ring was another Lord of the Rings type of ring. The "gold" all flaked off during cleaning. Thanks for looking and thanks for any leads on the badge.
