Qwik Jello Ice Cream Pie
1 Pkg Jello
11/4 Cups Boiling Water
1 Pt. Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Cup Fresh or Canned Fruit
1 Baked Pie Crust
Whipped Cream
Dissolve Jello in Boiling Water. Stir in Ice Cream till melted. Chill till it starts to thicken. Fold in Fruit.
Pour into Pie Crust & Chill till Firm. Top w/ Whipped Cream. Enjoy!!!!!
PS. The Jello Flavor & the Fruit should be compatible! JOE :P :P
