Put in a good day, dug a lot of holes in a few different places. Managed one piece of silver, the button and 143 modern coins.

Nice finds Rick, any silver day is a good one. I especially like your button, thats a beautiful piece. You have been doing well on interesting relics, going back to the silver pin found last autumn.

Time is interesting because todays 65 to 75 year old relics will be antiques in another 25 to 35 years. The last 35 years of my life sped by so fast I hardly noticed growing older. Just a concept to consider in relation to this hobby.

I feel that button ought to be in your website display because its a historical relic in great shape. Yep, maybe its fairly "young" but so's this country.
