Hello Everyone,

Can anybody give me any information on this painting? I tried to look it up and do some searching on it. I saw one on eBay which said Date of Creation: 1800-1899. Can anyone help me determine the year of this painting?

I couldn't find anything on that exact painting but considering he was born in 1927 I tend to doubt he was doing much painting in the 1800s

The artist is Rudolph Colao (1927-2014) and the picture is titled "Daisies and Cornflowers", but that's a commercial wall-art print probably dating from the 1970s or thereabouts. They usually fetch around $60-90

His life: 1927-2014. One source said this: [h=1]R Colao exhibition poster - Daisies and cornflowers - Flowers in vase - Still life - 1971[/h]Don.....

Thank you all for all of the info!!

I have the original Daisies and Cornflowers on the wall in my kitchen... I found this when I Google Lense'd the picture.. lol it was given to me by a former friend and while it is beautiful, If anyone is interested in buying it, I'm interested in listening. I can provide whatever pictures and whatnot needed; I thought it was in fact a print until I noticed a spot on the side where it looks like someone tried to clean it and removed some of the paint 😮‍💨. I'm not at all an expert but have always admired art, it is on some type of rougher medium canvas and has signs of aging. Haha how life is funny! Anyway thanks all!
