I've seen some video from folks on the ground there, and it looks like those dark hills are a gossan. Saw one shot of the Camo Dudes driving by a wall of rusty quartz.

It figures, the govs on the best ground!

Nellis Air Force Base being off limits is understandable. The real problem is our Government wants all public lands off limits.
