Rain Cover

I know this is a silly question but can you metal detect in the rain with a rain cover applied to your detector? Thanks

Yes, I use ziplock bags and tape. Took some time to fit the bags to my MD. Hopefully they will last for awhile.

I see where a lot of poeple are using those bowl covers from Glad or Zip Lock or some other company. They have an elastic band in them similar to a shower cap, only smaller.
