RALCO ROLLER

You guys and gals that know your yesteryear mechanics, can you help me on this one? have searched and searched but no luck.

On the wheel it has RALCO ROLLER,on the back plate its stamped with the #5, is 7 inch's long.Bolted on two ends. End with 90 degree is broken but has half the hole left that would have been bolted. Knob rotates independently of curved shaft that also rotates. Thanks for the help.

I dont know how old yours is but they still make creeper wheels like that today. Rides lower to the ground to roll under cars or trucks. The mechanic lies on his back and slides easily underneath a vehicle.
