Looks like a Prohibition whiskey (or just pre-Prohibition) to me. Show us the bottom and a close-up of the lip.

Does it have UDL, or United Distillers Ltd., Vancouver on the base?

I believe the metal twist off cap similar to that one was invented circa 1936.

thus prohibition whiskeys from Canada are great!I have quit a few they come in all different deigns I like the jessy mores.

Oh some are more rare then others.iv not seen that one,but like I said, there are dozens of different ones.from the teens to the 1930s.
