Rare Early Sno Globe?

Dug my second privy today. The pit was early 1900s. Found this Sno globe. Supposedly the inventor was from Pittsburgh. Any one know an expert? Will post to bottles and glass too. Thanks

Got a reply from an expert he said it's very early and rare, but only worth 20 bucks because of the condition. I don't do any of this for the money I just like to find this type of stuff.
