Rare Medallion of Pope John Paul XXIII

Went out early today to do a bit of digging around some 1940's houses about to be torn down East of Martinsburg. Found a LOT of junk some clad coins and some messed up wheaties. Was getting tired when I got a big signal in the side lawn and went down two inches to find this Medallion of Pope John Paul 23rd. Its Silver plated not sterling but doing some quick research the specimen is rare as it has a Holy Relic on the reverse which is either Soil from the Vatican or perhaps the Catacombs. under St Peters Square.
