South Philadelphia is dealing with a serious rat infestation that has cost residents thousands of dollars in car damages.
ain't no Wonder , Here next to the Allegheny & Kensington Train Station is always trashed up. and they feed the homeless on the sidewalk here .
is usually loaded with big black Rats & Mice
lately the homeless have moved there since the mayor kicked them off Kensington and for some reason they chose that spot. Maybe they think the Rat Crap Is Raisins & Crumbs.
the black rats come out right where these 3 ladies chose to sleep
it's hard to see them in the still pic but there are mice running around to the left
of them.
the 2 stores a beauty parlor and a criKet Wireless store have been closed for 10 or so years ! Probably look like a Willard Movie inside.
there is a car Dealer who parks beautiful cheap cars along Kennsington, Most are Very cheap. now I Know Why
