Found in 3 foot of black sand along with these withing 4-6 inches away in different directions.

Possible. Is the metal marked? A jeweler will know for sure. If you do a lot of digging on the beach and parks, you might want to buy a diamond tester. They are very inexpensive.

I can't really get a good pic but I did some more cleaning. It appears to have some writing around the whole band. If I'm not mistaken there's 24k
