Rain is messing up my plans for today, and I just figured out how to post pics from my phone, so here are a few recent finds.....

The toy gun is cast iron, it was originally a flintlock type with an octagonal barrel, the pic is after a few days of cleaning, the midgetoy racer was about 6 inches down in a park, I like those old toy cars a lot. The bottles are a Dr. J Hostetters stomach bitters, and a locally made mineral water bottle, the address dates it to the 1870's-80's. The cartridge is a .44 Henry, it has the double firing pin marks from an actual Henry rifle instead of a later Winchester, and the marbles I'm wondering if they are actually marbles or from a polisher or something, they are not glazed like all the other clays we've found here.
Anyway, that's it for now, more later maybe.....
