Haven't done a post in a while. I started a very tough pit. It's been tough digging. There was an undug layer underneath a LOT of overburden! Here's the stuff I kept. (There's more but I won't display everything I find. I think some of the serious diggers here understand that. You get to a point in collecting where you can't display it all so you just narrow it down to what you like.) this is a tooled crown top.another quandtdr. Thanks for looking. So if anyone can ID the massive blank I would appreciate that. I know it almost looks like an ammonia but I've never seen one this size before. Also if there's a marble expert I'd like to know if there's more than two sizes of marbles. Here's a picture of my two bennies side by side

Those are great finds Goldenplug. You are becoming a successful digger! Little by little in no time, you will put together a nice collection. Go to the marbles section just down the hall from the bottles room and those guys will tell you about the 2 marbles. The large unknown could be a laundry bottle?

those "Dr. Kilmers" are some of my favorites....just love that "swamp root" stuff! looks like you found the whole medicine chest...of what? 1880 or so?

Hi there that big unknown bottle is an ammonia bottle. I've found them with labels on them in the past. Very common bottle but still nice
