Either go under and scoop it out with a normal sand scoop or use something like the scoop at the link below.

Many choices for scoops, and just about any good scoop is going to set you back around 170 shipped. In the calm waters I like the older style hoop scoop..the good about water hunting is the finds will pay for your hobby

To be honest I have made my own and I have a friend that makes them, lots of work and you end up spending more then you expect and they are just not as good. If I had it to do over I would save every penny and buy one...
