Red Belly Shafts ?

Any thoughts on the red belly carbon fiber upper and lower shafts for the equinox 800?
Are they worth the cost for the look and slight weight reduction at all?

Only asking as I saw them online and thought about buying them for my new equinox I got a couple weeks ago.

Thank you in advance for any leads or advice on them.

They do look cool, but Iv always believed in "function before fashion" that being said to me the weight reduction isn't enough to justify the cost....just my thoughts...

A friend of mine has them both. His Nox is much lighter than mine with th new shafts installed. For me, the way they function is more important than the weight. The stock shaft is, in my opinion, sub par. I hate the hole and pin style lock setup. The carbon fiber shafts have cam locks, much like the E series and CTX. It's for that reason that I will be buying the upper and lower shafts this winter.

Yes it does. Down to 36" I believe
