Hopefully it’s something completely new that will at least stand up against Minelab. Another plain, single frequency AT model is not gonna cut it and won’t be anything new. I’ll be quite disappointed if Garrett releases another AT model detector. Garrett is behind the times in the hobby market as of now. The AT max was not what people wanted, hopefully this time they put out a machine that can stand up in the competition. If it doesn’t have at least upgradable programming like the Equinox, Simplex, or Xp, I’ll be shocked.
