Relic Hunting
Had a few hours today to return to the permission where I dug a pretty cool Denver Stock Show vendor badge a few months ago and came up with a few cool relics, no coins today but as a dump/burnpit relic hunter I seldom find them anyway so 'ce la vie'. Hope everyone is in good spirits and sound mind today, some cool posts today for sure!

Very Cool!!! Congrats!!!

I would rather dig artifacts over coins myself, so I get it. Hey, I really like that druggist bottle....sweet and local.
Thank you that was in the same hole as the lead tag, love the incidentals!

Last pic. Lower left,3rd over. Is that a pocket knife?
kind of a fancy flatware knife handle I think hollar but not totally sure...kind of fell apart after I took that pic unfortunately, I dropped it on my tumbler which was running oops

Cool little bottle!
Great saves! I love the bottle and tags!!
Great finds. I love the little bottle👍
Thanks for the support I really like that also. Turns out Chas Getz (the druggist on the bottle) advertised in the local Montrose paper in the fall of 1902 that he had several new products to offer that spring: Diamond Cold Cream, Camphor Ice, and Diamond Cream then goes on to boast of his own 'One Minute Cough Cure' that seems to alleviate his wife's cough (thinking she maybe had tuberculosis). Kinda cool :).

I wonder if it contained some opioid!? Two of my favourite small medicine bottles I found were Davis Vegetable Pain Killer ones that had opioids.
Supposedly was a cure all in the day.

Looks like you did a lot of digging. Nice going 1!!
