Anyone familiar with putting a date on this Iron Wedge?
It looks hand forged. Found about 8-10" deep under roots at the base of an old tree.

It reminds me of a wedge for splitting logs... hope you figure it out

Kinda reminds me of a over-sized rectangular(1800-1880) top-part of a nail?
