Relic sounds with ACE350.

I found some civil war relic today including a really nice flat button in great shape and it came in as both a pretty strong pull tab and coin signal. They were both hitting but only the button was in the hole. I thought for sure I had a coin. Why would I be getting both signals?

There are alloys,including those in gold range similar to the pull tabs,best way i describe it to myself. If it was back and forth between the two icons,again my opinion, the unit was describing an alloy and a round object. The tone might have been high one?. I would be digging all signals in a war site.
