Found this by the beach today. I'm so new to this I don't even know what it's made of lol... Seems a bit hard for gold but who know... Anyone have any idea how to date or I'd this? It was pretty deep with roots growing all over it.

The first two is normal pics... The others are at magnified 10x. The last is beside a dime to show the size.

First jewelry find I'm excited no matter what it's worth.

Looks like its made of aluminum because of the pitting. If it were sterling, it would be marked on the back. Nice find.
