Has anyone seen this symbol before. I have dug about a dozen different ones with the same symbol on back ?

That is a Miraculous Metal image of the Virgin Mary on the front the 2 hearts on the back are called Sacred hearts One Hers One Jesus.. by most chances it is Blessed and should be treated with reverence,, Wonderful find !
