Recent best bits from the Harvested fields, Queen Mary fourpence : James 1st half fourpence: And my favorite, a Saxon / early medieval dress pin with filigree decoration. pin head is half an inch in diameter. sadly shaft is missing from the pin: Hutch.

Beautiful finds...looking forward to posting my other English finds (mostly from Devon). I hunted a stubble field for the first time near Bridgwater, but it was tough going Managed to pull a few goodies, but no hammered unfortunately.
