Do any of you have a return policy set up so it automatically shows up on each listing? Or do you have to enter it in on each listing? I do not want to use eBays return policy because it automatically pays return shipping (out if my account-not the buyers) if buyer has returns even if there was absolutely nothing defective with item. Right now I copy and paste my terms on each listing and have to hit "returns accepted" each time. If I forget then the sale doesn't qualify for the top rated seller discount. Any other short cuts anyone can offer? Thanks :)

You could set up a template, then all that stuff would be pre populated.

When I do a listing, it automatically keeps what I normally use in it. Buyer pays return shipping always (unless not as described).
It is in the advanced listing mode. I was never a fan of the standard listing screens. Maybe that is the difference?

Do you set up a template on the eBay site? Or on something like Auctiva? I use my phone app to do most of everything eBay. If I have to open a case for non payment then I need to go to the classic site. I will check around the classic site for an area to do a template. Thanks!

From the web site (on computer), there is a place where you can save the listing as a template once you put all the info in. The next time you can click on Sell, then just use the template from the bottom left and everything will be pre-populated.
