Got out to a new site with some hunting buddies and dug some incredible stuff. You can see here what I dug including civil war bullets and colonial flat buttons and some colonial silver jewelry of some sort. I also dug this pewter button, which at first I assumed was just lead. Upon further investigation while I was editing the YouTube video I became curious about it and noticed that it was actually pewter and decided to start cleaning it. To my surprise it turned out what appears to be a Rev War button of some type? I have attached a short video of the button as well as the full length Video from my YouTube channel of the hunt showing my finds and my buddies finds that include awesome finds and one find in particular that will blow your mind. My buddy Kerry found a very rare and valuable Rev War button that was a pretty special moment shared with myself and 2 other hunting buddies that I was able to capture on video. If anyone knows what my pewter button is, please comment below.

Amazing hunt I’ve gotten a US button from the War of 1812 but that USA button I just love. Congratulations
