All my finds cleaned up finds today. Had a great day with some awesome people.
A King George III Hibernia one is a sand cast counterfeit very crude and in good shape. the other is King George II Hibernia counter stamped with X's on both sides & a King George III copper. Can anyone tell me what the brass piece is with letters? ( spanish 1/2 reale for size reference) looks 18th century to me and with so many Rev War items coming from this site I am wondering if it could be military? looks to be abbreviated ARTILLERY and also wonder if the ornate brass piece is a drawer pull or a fancy shoulder strap guide off a flint lock musket? A cool horse head and a nice silver faced bridle rosette and a broken bayonet frog. What a fun day! some of the other finds my friends dug were 2 neck stock buckles a French IX regiment pewter button shoe buckles knee buckles etc

WoW amazing finds! You didn't even mention the crotal bell......

That horse head is super cool!!

Hey HeavyMetal, wow...what a great bunch of awesome Colonial finds! The cast counterfeit KGIII and the counterstamped KGII are both crazy cool, along with everything else. Congrats on some great saves, Ddf.

Those are some great finds! Congratulations on a very productive hunt!

That belt tip is something special. It looks like some of the unit specific information is gone, though. One of those made the banner some time back.

really? It's a Rev War belt tip you think?

I think that’s a drawer pull, if was a sling swivel it would be made to swivel 180*+

Great finds though, congrats, I like that horse head

Wow! Some excellent saves for sure. I like the bell and the horse head thingy is real nice. At first glance I thought the belt tip looked like the end piece of a knife sheath. Congrats

Wow HMN, simply awesome! I say BANNER!

Wonderful relics and love the old coppers! :notworthy:

Great Finds! Congrats on the Royal Artillery belt tip! Too bad it wasn't whole. There were only about 4-5 others known when I found mine. The rest are on Cartridge pouches in museums. You can see in my avatar what I sold my complete one for.
