✅ SOLVED Reverse Painted Bar Mirror w/ Die-Cut Pinup Girl Print- Old or New?

Today someone gave me a bar mirror with die-cut pinup girl print added to the reverse glass painting. It's odd. The frame has a wire hanger and it has a circular wire that presses into the sides of the frame to hold the frame together. I've never seen a circular picture fastener like that. On top it reads: "Jim's" and then "Private Bar". 26"x20" Probably 70s. I'm marking this solved because I found more info with a search. Thx
