I found this ring about 6 years ago. It's still a mystery to me. I was told it was a Rhode Island revolutionary war officer's ring by a very reputable person. I did find it in Rhode Island on the battle of RI site. Rhode Islands symbol is the anchor. But I can't find anything on it. I would love to either confirm that it is or that it is something else. Its definitely a period piece. Could it be British navy? Who knows? Hopefully one of you do.
Thanks in advance!
