The Description OF Location Seems to point Towards the Old Shiffers Mill (lykens Roller Mills)
approximately "5 Mile up the Valley" East to Millersburg.
Rife is where the Google Marker Is: 4.683 Mi. East of Millersburg.
The Roller Mills is where I Put the Yellow X

a Bit of Hocus-Pocus, But I've read allot of Strange stories that lead to Treasure .
