This is two closeup pics of a ring I'm trying to identify. The crest is mounted on what appears to be an onyx stone. Ring itself says "sterling" on the inside, but no other markings that I can see. It is fairly worn...could just barely make out the "sterling" on the inside. I posted it in another forum and someone said they think it is a fraternity ring. Any help would be much appreciated.
